Please send your artwork in a vector format or a high resolution file. Non-vector files are subject to an additional fee.

We offer 1 artwork revision free of charge after you receive the digital mockup. Additional changes can be requested at a rate of $1/minute.

Once we receive your payment the order cannot be canceled. Our process begins as soon as the payment has been collected.

We order your garments as soon as we receive your payment in full.
